Salisbury Steak
Ingredients:
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb hamburger meat
½ cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
¼ cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ¼ cup soup, meat, bread crumbs, egg, and onion. Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 6 patties. Place in shallow baking dish
In small bowl, mix remaining soup and water. Pour over meat in baking dish. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove and serve.
Makes 6 servings.
